Transport Planning Associates successfully achieves Investors in People accreditation

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully gained Investors in People accreditation. Investors in People managing director David Tew confirmed our membership on the 5^th April after the recommendation from an assessor who visited the companies’ offices to interview a cross-section of the staff about the company’s practices.

David Knight, who led the introduction of the initiative said “We are thrilled to have achieved this important business improvement standard. At the outset, it seemed quite daunting having to pass all 39 elements of the standard, but we have managed it. The journey has been good for us and I am sure we are a better company for doing this.”

Our IIP initiative includes Learning and Development, People Management  and Leadership and Management strategies that are beneficial to our staff, the company and ultimately to our Clients through the service we give them.
